School = No joy

Wheee~~It certainly has been a while since I last blogged. School has been such a drag. I can’t believe I didn’t rant this out earlier; well here’s my timetable for this year:

Period A: Music (Joy… having a locker in the no-where land of the arts hallway)
Period B: Math: Functions (On the 3rd floor. Imagine that. It really is impossible to get to the class on time)
Period C: French (Joyous)
Period D: LUNCH!! (Homework time)
Period E: Italian (Yep, taking 2 languages again)

Semester 2:
Period A: Accounting (Really should’ve taken this in summer school)
Period B: Chemistry
Period C: LUNCH!! (More homework time)
Period D: Grade 12 Math // Data Management (Whoppe-doo)
Period E: English (Hamlet… YAY — not)

See, I would’ve had to take three maths in grade 12 (Yes, that’s right, 3 maths), but I decided to drop history to take grade 12 math. Somehow, I managed to weave out of a waiting list into a class.

Just finished my French journal; 13 sentences that took nearly 1 hour to finish. From the start, writing it out in English, and translating. Math took me another hour, but I finished it before moving onto French. I have 2 tests on Friday  Music and Math. I have an Italian and French test (Watch me mess up the dates, and spelling. Rawr)

So here goes some ranting about my classes:
Music - is no joy when you have it first period. Sure, you get to try out the pieces first, but honestly, who can play that early. Anyways, music theory is alright so far; ear training just lulled me back to sleep. Not good.

Math: Functions - it’s funny how the first thing the teacher said was that, “If you think you can’t handle it, better get out fast,” That tells us something about the class. It’s located on the third floor, on the opposite side of the music room. Takes an entire 5 minutes to get to class, speed-walking. Especially getting through the crowd :arrggh:

French - have the same teacher as last year, so it should be alright. So far so good. Going to have a grammar test tomorrow, should be fine.

Italian - well, our teacher is zipping at an average speed of 100 miles/hour through the lessons, and everything just falls apart. It’s hard to find the time to let it sink in. Which means I should do some more reviewing.

Lunch time is spent as follows: 10 minutes of eating, and 65 minutes of: math/French and or Italian homework. But the first always prevail to take up my lunch time.

I’m still confused whether I’m taking 2 maths in grade 12, which is most likely: Math: Advanced Functions, and Math: Calculus and Vectors. I’m also taking accounting, music, chemistry, Italian, French, and English. I’m hoping to do grade 12 accounting during summer school (Which apparently seems to be much easier), and that will give me a spare class.

I’m trying to remember really hard what I should write about. I tend to remember it way after…

Well. Toodles.
